Alembic - this is a handmade copper moonshine still, suitable for crafting exclusive alcohol such as calvados, grappa, cognac, armagnac, tequila, chacha, and more. Constructed almost entirely from pure copper (99.7%), the alembic exhibits corrosion resistance and strength due to the soldering method used in all seams. This ensures reliable protection against deformations, and the materials used in the apparatus do not react with the beverage, preserving its taste and aromatic qualities to the maximum.

The alembic has several structural features, including a hydroseal that simplifies the alcohol-making process, providing a high level of airtightness for the distillation cube. The hydroseal is a gutter located between the walls of the distillation cube, ensuring perfect sealing. This design allows for faster and more qualitative production of elite alcohol without the need for additional seals or fixes.

The alembic comes with a sieve and rectification lens. The sieve, made of pure copper, prevents the caramelization of the wort or burning of plant particles in the mash, preserving the original properties of the used raw materials. The rectification lens, or deflegmator, returns part of the distillate back to the boiler, improving purification and increasing the strength of the product.

For optimal results, it is recommended to maintain the temperature at 78-82°C. Heavy fractions condense on the rectification lens and return to the cube, while light fractions rise to the condenser through the steam vent pipe.
