Handmade Specifics: As copper distillation equipment is often handcrafted, the Buyer acknowledges that items may have slight variations in size, weight, or appearance (e.g., forging or soldering marks) compared to the photographs. This is not a defect but rather confirms the authenticity of handmade production. 2.3. All Product offers are valid subject to availability in stock.
3. Ordering and Pricing

6.1. In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the Product. 6.2. To be eligible for a return, the Product must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging. Copper equipment that has been heated or has come into contact with liquids during the distillation process cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. 6.3. The Buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. 6.4. Refunds are processed within 14 days after the Seller receives and inspects the returned Product.
7. Warranty and Liability
7.1. The Seller provides a warranty for manufacturing defects of the Product in accordance with EU law. 7.2. The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use, lack of proper maintenance (e.g., copper oxidation due to improper cleaning), drops, or unauthorized modifications. 7.3.
